Dise\u00f1o y Urbanismo de la Universidad de Buenos Aires se realiz\u00f3 una actividad colectiva, la construcci\u00f3n de un refugio para la comunidad Velatropa que vive en una ecoaldea en la Ciudad  Universitaria. El proyecto surgi\u00f3 de un concurso interno con la participaci\u00f3n de grupos internivel integrados por alumnos de A3 y A4 del taller.\nLos objetivos principales son los de iniciar a los estudiantes en el trabajo constructivo a partir de la experiencia directa y la participaci\u00f3n en actividades comunitarias con destinatarios concretos, en este caso los habitantes de la ecoaldea. Otro de los objetivos es la experimentaci\u00f3n arquitect\u00f3nica a partir de recursos escasos.
