Parque 25 has.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Estructura democr\u00e1tica y convocante, participa simb\u00f3licamente a los ciudadanos del centro de gobierno, \u00e1mbito de toma de decisiones que trascender\u00e1n y forjaran sus propios destinos.\nLas rampas se elevan hasta la Pasarela del Paisaje, paseo publico, mirador sobre el edificio, acceso a las terrazas ajardinadas y a la vida recreativa dada en bares, exposiciones de car\u00e1cter regional, etc. Desde all\u00ed se ven las sierras y el valle de C\u00f3rdoba\nEl edificio se articula con la autopista de circunvalaci\u00f3n por una faja de cultivos rotativos como jard\u00edn cultivado, d\u00e1ndole al conjunto una presencia y actuaci\u00f3n a escala urbana. Este eje conecta simb\u00f3licamente con el centro fundacional de C\u00f3rdoba.\nLa barra y la torre tienen su caja envolvente protegida por \u00ednvern\u00e1culos y p\u00e9rgolas de perfiles y mallas met\u00e1licas. Estas estructuras encierran \u00e1lamos y est\u00e1n revestidas con santa ritas, madreselvas y jazmines del pa\u00eds, permanentemente rociadas por agua desde el nivel superior y con estanques en la base.
